- What if I need to reschedule my session?

When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you and no one else is able to book that time. Please remember that last-minute rescheduling can be challenging when filling vacant slots. We do understand that things come up unexpectedly so if you need to reschedule the terms are as follows:
Rescheduling Policy:
- Rescheduling requests made between 48 and 25 hours before the session will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling requests made and no-call/no-shows within 24 hours or less before the session will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
- Please note that sessions can only be rescheduled twice. After that, a full session fee must be paid to rebook.
- What if I need to cancel my session?

When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you and no one else is able to book that time. Please remember that last-minute cancellations can be challenging when filling vacant slots. We do understand that things come up unexpectedly and consequently, we've outlined our policy regarding refunds and rescheduling fees for late cancellations below:
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations between 48 and 25 hours before the scheduled appointment qualify for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.
- How do I select my images?

After your session, we will schedule you a time to review your images, either in our comfortable salesroom on a large screen (recommended) or via Zoom. This is when you will select all the images and/or products you want to order, so make sure all decision makers are present.
- How long until my order is delivered?

Your images will be delivered within 4 weeks of the date you placed your order. We send your images to our highly skilled retouchers in Europe and then returned to us for our final in-house artist touches. Please note if you order a product that requires extensive approval, it can affect your delivery date.
